Requirements and skills
  • Proven graphic designing experience A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed
  • Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
  • Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
  • Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times

Responsibilities

  • Act as a main resource for reservation agents needing assistance technically or with regards to achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure reservation department and Front Office staff are constantly aware of availability states open, on request, closed dates, high demand dates etc.
  • Responds to all guest reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times.
  • Answer guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions etc.
  • Manage systems that are set up within the reservations department to ensure accurate handling and monitoring of phone calls.
Requirements
  • Excellent communications skills and extremely organized. Service Orientation ie actively look for ways to help people.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and applications like spreadsheets, databases, work processing, property management software's, Booking engine, OTA Extranets, Yield management systems and computers.

Responsibilities

  • The primary strategic Sales / Marketing objective is to maximize Hotels rooms, Residences and Food and Beverage volume, yield and revenues from the Corporate FIT, Corporate Group, Leisure, Airline and local upscale community segments through effective pricing, promotion and by ensuring the Sales coverage necessary to maximize growth from these and other relevant business sources
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager – Strategy to ensure the achievement of maximum revenues through the pro-active management of G.D.S, Online Travel Agents and relevant electronic distribution systems

Education :Bachelor’s degree preferred, certificate in related field required

Experience : Minimum of 4-5 years’ Sales experience in same Industries
